One of our most popular services is Whole Body Cryotherapy — a three-minute experience inside our state-of-the-art cryotherapy chamber. During the session, your skin temperature drops by up to 10°C, triggering a natural survival response within the body. As soon as you step out, this response reverses — but the benefits often continue.

Clients frequently report feeling refreshed, focused, and re-energised following a session. Research suggests that cold exposure may stimulate the release of endorphins, serotonin, noradrenaline, and adrenaline (Rymaszewska et al., 2019), potentially contributing to improved mood and mental clarity.
